Many years ago, in 1991 to be precise, a young woman, a teacher, a mother, a wife,
a daughter, had a
dream. A dream to embark upon a journey to help working women leave their little ones at a place
where they could learn and play in a safe environment.
Thus was born Prakrit, a daycare centre cum pre-school. The rest, as they say, is history, in the
midst of the changing landscape of school education in Odisha, over the last three decades.
